This was a very nice evening hike with Edvin Østrem, whom I hadn't seen since we walked across Syvdsalpane back in 2009. It was also good to see Rotsethornet again. It's been more than 4 years since my first and only visit to this mountain.

We left my car at Rotsetvatnet and drove Edvin's car to the trailhead at Rotset. I have never walked across this mountain, and that has been something I had wanted to do.

We started out 4pm sharp and reached Rotsetvatnet 6:40pm. There was drifting fog in the local mountains, but very little on Rotsethornet. It could have been worse....
