Norwegian Mountains - Route Descriptions - Commuting: Hareid-Ålesund-Hareid

Part of the week, I travel to Ålesund for work. Fortunately, an express boat runs between Ålesund and Hareid. If I were forced to take the car ferry, I would go mental before a month had passed (some may claim I've already reached that state..). OTOH, the stable ferry is still a good alternative when the sea at Breidsundet is at its worst..

When the weather is good, it's nice to be up on the upper deck of the express boat and have a good look at Ålesund, Sukkertoppen, Sula, Godøya, Hareidlandet and some of the Ørsta peaks.
